Because the house is a three-story along with a basement, the cats divided it into gender-based living quarters. The males live in the basement and the main floor. There is much competition on these two floors.

The female cats live on the upper two floors. They love to sit by the high windows and look out. There is competition here, but not as much as in the male area.
